Coolgarra Bush House is built on the edge of Warrie National park on Springbrook mountain. This is a Heritage listed National Park and has the largest Biodiversity in the WORLD. Bushwalking through this treasure is spectacular. There are several tracks that can be accessed on foot from our house and several others that are only a short drive. The rainforest has many waterfalls that are always tumbling over, the trees are magnificent and there is always wildlife, even on our deck you will see parrots, pigeons, honey eaters, finches, crayfish, possums, marsupial rats, just to name a few.

Apart from rainforest, there are restaurants, craft shops, excellent pottery, the Springbrook winery, glow worm tours, astronomy, the range of activities is diverse and satisfying. Also if you plan to stay a while the glamorous Goldcoast is only a short drive away for shopping or beaches.
